Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 30% fee. No-shows will be charged 0% of the scheduled service.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment canceled and may be subject to a 50% fee.
