Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment canceled and may be subject to a 30% fee. Rescheduling Policy Clients are allowed up to 2 reschedules per appointment. After the second reschedule, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book again. The deposit will go toward your service. If you cancel, reschedule again, or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Appointments are not secured until the deposit is paid.
